Position: Senior Assistant Fund-raising Manager Corporate Marketing & Sponsorship

Location: Sheung Wan

This role involves providing executive support to formulate strategy to increase corporate donations and perform data mining analysis. The candidate will enhance data warehouse management through updated data collection, segmentation of donor groups, and collaboration with key stakeholders for business prioritization.

• Deliver fund-raising promotion and improved donor communication.
• Manage corporate relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor and initiate enhancements of donor database systems.
• Plan and execute fund-raising activities aligned with corporate objectives.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The candidate should have a recognized degree in business administration, marketing or related field, with at least 4 years of executive experience in marketing. Managerial experience in B2B or FMCG is preferred, along with strong analytical, problem solving, project management, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and bilingual capability in English and Chinese (preferably with Putonghua) are required.

Compensation & Employment Terms

The successful candidate will be offered a 3-year contract with a remuneration package commensurate with background and experience. Benefits include MPF contributions, paid annual leave, medical services, dental scheme, and training sponsorships. The role typically follows a 5-day workweek.
