Job Overview
As the Assistant Board & Committees Manager, you will coordinate Board events, offer administrative and secretarial support, draft meeting minutes, compile corporate reports and annual work plans, handle trademark registration coordination, and supervise a team in the Board and Committees Section.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate events for Board formation, inauguration, and orientation.
- Provide administrative and secretarial support and draft meeting minutes.
- Compile corporate reports, organization booklets, and annual work plans.
- Coordinate trademark registration per prevailing regulations.
- Supervise subordinates for smooth operation of the section.
Qualifications
A recognized degree or equivalent; minimum Grade D in English and Chinese; at least 4 years post-qualification experience; proficient in written English and Chinese; excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Please specify qualifications and relevant work experience in your resume.
Compensation & Employment Terms
A 3-year contract is offered initially. Compensation is commensurate with background and experience. Additional benefits include MPF contributions, paid annual leave, medical services, a dental scheme, and training sponsorships. The role adheres to a 5-day work week schedule subject to operational needs.
