About the role

About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Content Marketing and Communications Manager to build and run an AI-native content system, turning content into a competitive advantage. You will own content strategy, production, and distribution across long-form, social, and video, significantly shaping how Tufin is perceived in the market and how buyers understand the category. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role with the opportunity to grow the function. You will define the systems and approaches that enable scaling, though you won't scale everything alone. Success will be measured by consistent publishing, growing executive reach, strong engagement, and measurable contributions to pipeline and sales conversations.

What You Will Own

Strategy and Narrative

  • Define and evolve the content strategy across the entire customer journey.
  • Translate core company narratives into an actionable publishing plan for blog, video, and social channels.
  • Stay informed about target segments, refining personas and positioning for sharp, relevant messaging.
  • Partner with leadership to shape thought leadership and market positioning.

Content Production

  • Plan, create, and publish content in various formats, including pillar content, blogs, executive bylines, video, and sales assets.
  • Manage the editorial calendar, ensuring clarity on priorities, timing, and alignment with broader campaigns.
  • Develop AI-native workflows to accelerate production and enable content reuse across multiple formats (video, social, email, sales narratives).
  • Operate with a high-velocity mindset, moving quickly from idea to published content without sacrificing quality.

Distribution, Visibility, and Audience Engagement

  • Own Tufin's presence on LinkedIn, X, and emerging platforms.
  • Ensure high-performing content reaches the right audience at the right time through strategic channel, format, and moment selection, adapting messaging based on engagement.
  • Build and manage an executive visibility program, including ghostwriting and narrative development.
  • Translate product launches, company news, and industry moments into timely content that reinforces core narratives.
  • Drive co-marketing and partner opportunities to extend reach and influence.
  • Identify and build presence in new channels and forums (CISO communities, practitioner groups, partner ecosystems), adapting content for each environment.
  • Engage with customers, partners, and sales to ensure content is grounded in real conversations and effectively distributed.

Video and Multimedia

  • Lead the shift toward video-first storytelling.
  • Create and edit short-form video content (explainers, talking head, social clips, event highlights).
  • Utilize AI tools to accelerate scripting, editing, captioning, and content reuse.

Performance and Experimentation

  • Own performance metrics including engagement, traffic, conversions, and influenced pipeline.
  • Conduct continuous experiments across formats, messaging, and channels.
  • Scale successful strategies into repeatable playbooks and discontinue underperforming ones.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in content marketing, communications, or digital media, with significant B2B technology experience.
  • Exceptional writing ability across long-form content, social media, and executive voice.
  • Deep hands-on experience using large language models (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) daily.
  • Ability to clearly explain prompting approaches, built workflows, model limitations, and methods for ensuring brand voice and accuracy at scale.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving, highly visible role influencing market perception.
  • Willingness to be highly visible internally and externally, engaging with stakeholders through content and social channels.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% for industry events, trade shows, customer engagements, and user groups.
  • Working knowledge of AI-driven video tools (e.g., Descript, Opus Clip, Runway).
  • Comfort with AI image and design tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E).
  • Strong understanding of search fundamentals and AI content's impact on discovery.
  • Experience with content management systems (e.g., HubSpot, WordPress) and email platforms.
  • Proven track record of growing LinkedIn and X as content distribution channels.
