About the Role

As a Senior Product Designer at Tubi, you will lead design efforts for the Discovery Lifecycle team and shape how content is presented across the platform. You will work closely with Tubi’s Machine Learning team, Research, Data Science, and Engineering to deliver quality user experiences and personalized content discovery.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with Research and ML (Product and Engineering) to identify and scope design opportunities
  • Collaborate with Research and Data Science to understand user behavior and validate design hypotheses
  • Garner stakeholder approval, manage feedback, and drive alignment across teams
  • Craft elegant, scalable design solutions consistent with Tubi’s design language
  • Work autonomously to identify opportunities and enhance existing products

Your Background

  • A portfolio showcasing exceptional design, prototyping, and problem-solving skills
  • Approximately 5 years of experience building digital products
  • Proven experience delivering customer-centered experiences impacting millions
  • Experience with experiment-driven product development and data-backed design decisions
  • Effective communicator with strong storytelling and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with design tools like Figma, ProtoPie, or equivalent applications
