What You’ll Be Doing
The Global Employee Engagement Associate, being the center point of contact for employee engagement and communications, is responsible for the concept planning, development, coordination, and implementation of employee activities and will also be involved in the planning and execution of country-wide events.
You'll report to the Senior Manager of Employee Communications.
During a Typical Day, You’ll
- Planning, communication, and execution of large-scale/national and program/department-led ad hoc events.
- Lead and recruit site RAVE team to enhance employee experience.
- Talent auditions/coordination for employee events.
- Participate in CLT meetings to understand business support priorities, share upcoming national and local event dates/details/leadership participation needed.
- Support, promote and execute global, national, and local recognition initiatives including Bravo Club, birthdays/anniversaries, performance recognition events.
- Support, promote and execute global, national and local Foundation initiatives.
