About the Medical Science Liaison Dermatology Role

Join TSP, a Syneos Health company, as a Medical Science Liaison Dermatology. This is a permanent direct hire role for a dynamic pharmaceutical company focused on research and innovation. In this position, you will be the main scientific contact for regional medical experts, maintaining and building strategic relationships, sharing the latest insights, and actively contributing to the introduction of groundbreaking therapies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust scientific partnerships in the region.
• Plan and document interactions and visits, including administrative tasks.
• Monitor market trends and analyze regional network structures.
• Identify, engage, and support external experts and medical networks.
• Conduct and moderate indication-specific lectures and training sessions.
• Organize regional trainings and expert meetings with budget responsibility.
• Support clinical study projects including NIS and IIS during execution.
• Participate in congresses, symposia and create corresponding reports.
• Assess preclinical and clinical project proposals actively.
• Identify regional care gaps and propose improvement measures.
• Plan and conduct training for field teams in coordination with various departments.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Sales, and Medical Affairs.

Requirements

• University degree in medicine, pharmacy or natural sciences, preferably with a PhD.
• Several years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, especially as an MSL.
• Experience in dermatology is a plus.
• Experience with clinical studies (NIS or IIS) is ideal.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to think strategically and implement medical strategies.
• High level of responsibility, proactivity and ability to prioritize.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and confident demeanor.
• Quick and independent ability to learn new clinical topics.
• Project management and cross-department teamwork experience.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and guidelines.
• Basic knowledge of biometric statistics.
• Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, MS Projects).
• Fluent English, both spoken and written for international communication.
• High willingness to travel.
