Medical Science Liaison Dermatology

Overview

TSP, a Syneos Health company is seeking a Medical Science Liaison Dermatology for a permanent role. In this role, you connect science and medical practice, have real impact, and contribute to revolutionary therapies for skin conditions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust scientific partnerships within your region.
• Plan regional interactions, visits and handle related administrative tasks.
• Monitor market trends and analyze regional network structures.
• Identify, engage and support qualified external experts.
• Conduct and moderate indication-specific presentations and training sessions.
• Organize regional training sessions and expert meetings with budget oversight.
• Support clinical study projects including NIS and IIS initiatives.
• Participate in congresses, symposia and produce scientific reports.
• Evaluate preclinical and clinical project proposals and support ongoing projects.
• Identify regional care gaps and work with experts for improvements.
• Collaborate cross-departmentally with Marketing, Sales, Market Access, and Medical Affairs.

Requirements

• Degree in medicine, pharmacy or natural sciences, doctorate preferred.
• Multiple years of industry experience, especially as an MSL in Pharma.
• Experience in Dermatology is a plus and clinical study support is preferred.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with strategic thinking ability.
• High level of responsibility, proactivity, and prioritization capability.
• Strong social competence, confident demeanor and project management skills.
• Advanced MS Office skills and very good English proficiency.
• High willingness to travel.
