Medical Science Liaison Dermatology

Job Overview

TSP, a Syneos Health company is seeking a Medical Science Liaison Dermatology in a permanent direct appointment. In this role, you will bridge medical science with clinical practice while having a real impact on patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain robust scientific partnerships with regional medical experts.
• Plan and execute interactions, visits, and associated administrative tasks.
• Monitor market trends and analyze regional network structures.
• Identify and manage qualified external experts and medical networks.
• Conduct and moderate indication-specific presentations and trainings.
• Support clinical studies including NIS and IIS projects.
• Attend congresses, create reports, and provide on-site scientific support.
• Evaluate project proposals and contribute to ongoing medical initiatives.
• Identify regional care gaps and collaborate with stakeholders for improvements.
• Plan and deliver training sessions in coordination with various departments.
• Work closely with marketing, sales, market access, and medical affairs teams.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in medicine, pharmacy, or natural sciences (PhD preferred).
• Several years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, especially as an MSL.
• Experience in dermatology is an advantage.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to strategize and implement medical approaches.
• High level of responsibility, proactivity, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent project management and cross-departmental teamwork ability.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and basic biometrical statistics.
• Very good MS-Office and English language skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
