Medical Science Liaison Dermatology

Overview

For an innovative, research-driven pharmaceutical company, TSP, a Syneos Health company, is seeking a Medical Science Liaison Dermatology for a permanent direct hire position. If you want to connect science with medical practice and make a real impact, this role is for you.

Role and Responsibilities

• Act as the key scientific contact for regional medical experts.
• Build and maintain robust scientific partnerships and networks.
• Plan interactions and visits including detailed documentation.
• Monitor market and competition trends; analyze regional networks.
• Identify and support external experts and facilitate scientific exchanges.
• Conduct and moderate lectures, trainings, and support presentations.
• Organize regional trainings, expert meetings and manage budgets.
• Collaborate on clinical studies including NIS and IIS projects.
• Participate in congresses, symposia and provide on-site scientific support.
• Evaluate clinical project proposals and drive medical initiatives.
• Identify regional care gaps and develop improvement measures.
• Plan and execute training for field teams in coordination with other departments.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Market Access, Training and Medical Affairs.

Requirements

• Medical, pharmaceutical, or science degree, preferably with a PhD.
• Several years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, especially as an MSL.
• Experience in Dermatology is a plus.
• Proficiency in clinical study support and project management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and execution of medical strategies.
• High degree of self-responsibility, proactivity, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and confident appearance.
• Quick and independent upskilling in new indications and topics.
• Good knowledge of healthcare regulations and guidelines.
• Solid practical skills in MS Office and very good English proficiency.
• High willingness to travel.
