About the Growth Product Manager Role

Every day, over 8,000 new users join TryHackMe to begin their cybersecurity journey. As a Growth Product Manager, your primary mission will be to help these new users quickly achieve their initial 'aha!' moments, converting their curiosity into sustained, long-term engagement.

You will fully own the most critical part of our growth engine: transforming sign-ups into active, engaged learners. This involves running rapid experiments at scale, driving execution with pace, and seeing the direct impact of your work daily.

You'll be part of a small, agile squad, working closely with Engineering, Design, and other Growth PMs focusing on Acquisition, Engagement, and Monetisation. Our founders are actively involved in product development, so you'll thrive in an environment where speed, clarity, and strong judgment are paramount.

What You'll Do

• Run and analyze multiple experiments in parallel, leveraging over 8,000 daily sign-ups for fast learning cycles.
• Write clear Jira tickets to enable engineers to focus efficiently on building.
• Collaborate with Design to create simple and highly effective user onboarding experiences.
• Utilize data from Amplitude and Hotjar, alongside user insights from calls, surveys, Reddit, and Discord, to identify and prioritize growth opportunities.
• Share experiment results transparently to accelerate learning across the entire team.
• Ship valuable features every sprint, emphasizing execution and speed.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of product management experience within SaaS or consumer software.
• Proven expertise in designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests is essential. Candidates without direct leadership experience in experiments should not apply.
• Demonstrated success in improving activation funnels and user onboarding within SaaS or consumer applications.
• A track record of successfully running growth experiments in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of funnel metrics, growth loops, and optimization techniques.
• Excellent analytical skills, confident in using data to frame problems, prioritize initiatives, and measure impact.
• Solid PM craft skills including discovery, clear writing, user research, effective backlog management, and strong communication.
• Comfortable working in a founder-led, remote-first scale-up environment, demonstrating proactive, visible, and adaptable qualities.
• Willingness to 'roll up sleeves' by writing tickets, breaking down work, and ensuring consistent sprint delivery.

Bonus Points

• Background in edtech or a genuine passion for learning products.
• Interest in or prior experience with cybersecurity.
