The Role
We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our data team. In this role, you will be pivotal in building an analytics culture at TryHackMe. You will deliver actionable insights, build scalable analytics solutions, and develop data analytics strategies that support our organization’s growth.
- Deliver actionable insights in a fast-paced environment.
- Own end-to-end data analytics infrastructure from data pipelines to reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate business objectives into data solutions.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualisations for impactful insights.
- Champion data-driven decision making across the organization.
Skills & Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a data engineer, analyst, or analytics engineer.
- Strong SQL skills are essential.
- Experience with visualization tools, preferably Tableau.
- Knowledge of data warehousing and modeling using dbt.
- Experience in event-based analytics to measure user behavior.
- Understanding of machine learning models and techniques (preferred).
- Strong problem solving and communication skills.
- Start-up experience is a plus.
