About the Role: Strategy Consultant Data Strategy & Governance
Shape the future of data at one of Scandinavia’s largest insurers. As a Strategy Consultant in Tryg’s new Data Strategy & Governance team, you will help build a strategic function from the ground up and influence how data, analytics, and AI are used across Denmark, Norway, and Sweden.
This role involves hands-on work in strategic projects, engaging with data users, and developing frameworks that guide data governance and analytical practices. You will work closely with both technical and non-technical colleagues, ensuring clear communication and alignment across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with data domains and business units to define initiatives.
- Develop frameworks and best practices for data usage and governance.
- Take independent ownership of projects and provide constructive feedback.
- Engage senior stakeholders and build trusted relationships.
About You
You are an ambitious, proactive team player with a strong academic background. You hold a master’s degree in a relevant field and are proficient with tools like Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or similar roles is advantageous. Fluency in Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish, along with professional proficiency in English, is required.
Your analytical mindset, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills will help you succeed in independently driving projects and collaborating across diverse teams. Experience with AI, analytics, data engineering, or large-scale transformations is a plus.
