About the Role: Account Executive

Our client, TRX, is actively seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Executive to join their dynamic sales team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in cultivating strong client relationships, proactively identifying new business opportunities, and consistently achieving ambitious revenue targets. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales and a commitment to client success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with both new and existing clients to deeply understand their business needs and strategic objectives.
  • Effectively present and demonstrate products or services to prospective and current clients, tailoring solutions to their specific requirements.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through a multi-faceted approach including strategic networking, targeted cold calling, and thorough market research.
  • Negotiate pricing structures, terms, and contracts in close collaboration with internal teams to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, accurate quotes, and impactful presentations to key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with various internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to guarantee exceptional client satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Meticulously track all sales activities and client communications within the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide regular, insightful reports and forecasts to sales leadership, contributing to strategic planning.
  • Stay continuously updated on prevailing industry trends, evolving market conditions, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a closely related field.
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, essential for effective client engagement.
  • 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in sales, account management, or business development.
  • Proven ability to quickly understand client needs and effectively present suitable, value-driven solutions.
  • Highly self-motivated with a proactive, hunter-mentality approach to identifying and successfully closing sales opportunities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with CRM tools such such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, crucial for navigating complex sales cycles.
  • Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and relevant internships will also be given consideration.
