Trustpoint.One is a leading legal services provider delivering solutions across cyber, eDiscovery, Managed Review, and Talent Solutions. Our Marketing team plays a critical role in driving growth, brand awareness, and client engagement across all business units.
Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Marketing Manager is a senior member of the Marketing Team, accountable for driving demand generation, brand visibility, and client engagement across all business lines while serving as a trusted business partner to members of the marketing Team, the Sales Team, and Senior Leadership.
The Marketing Automation Manager plays a key role in shaping how prospects and clients engage with Trustpoint—from initial touchpoints through ongoing engagement and pipeline progression. Success in this role requires a combination of technical execution, attention to detail, strategic thinking, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
Work Environment
Remote position (preference for candidates located in Eastern or Central Time Zone). Employees are expected to work a standard business schedule aligned with core hours beginning between 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM and concluding between 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM (local time). Occasional evening or weekend work may be required based on business needs. Travel: 0–15%
What You’ll Be Doing
Demand Generation & Campaign Strategy
You will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns designed to drive brand awareness, lead generation, client engagement, and revenue growth across Trustpoint.One's Talent Solutions, eDiscovery, Managed Review, and Cyber business lines. Working closely with leadership, sales, and business stakeholders, you will help bring marketing initiatives to life across multiple channels while ensuring alignment with broader business objectives. Responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, digital, social, webinar, content, and event channels.
- Supporting annual, quarterly, and campaign-specific marketing initiatives.
- Managing campaign calendars and coordinating execution across multiple stakeholders.
- Identifying opportunities to increase market visibility, audience engagement, and lead generation.
- Supporting content promotion and thought leadership initiatives.
- Ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and aligned with business priorities.
Marketing Automation & Lead Management
You will help ensure prospects and clients experience a seamless journey from initial engagement through opportunity development. Working closely with sales and marketing teams, you will:
- Manage lead capture, routing, segmentation, and lifecycle process.
- Build and maintain automated marketing workflows, nurture programs, and engagement campaigns.
- Support lead scoring and qualification strategies.
- Maintain data integrity across Salesforce, Pardot, ZoomInfo, Sales Intel, and related platforms.
- Monitor lead flow and collaborate with sales teams to improve conversion and follow-up processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve automation, efficiency, and scalability within the marketing funnel.
Marketing Analytics & Performance Optimization
You will help provide visibility into campaign effectiveness, pipeline contribution, and marketing ROI through reporting, analysis, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include:
- Tracking campaign performance across multiple channels and initiatives.
- Building and maintaining marketing, campaign, and lifecycle reporting.
- Monitoring key performance indicators and identifying trends.
- Providing recommendations to improve campaign performance and audience engagement.
- Assisting leadership in evaluating the effectiveness of marketing investments and initiatives.
Marketing Operations & Cross-Functional Collaboration
You will support the broader marketing function by partnering with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure initiatives are executed efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities include:
- Managing inbound marketing requests and helping prioritize initiatives based on business objectives.
- Collaborating with sales, leadership, and subject matter experts on campaign development and execution.
- Supporting webinar, conference, and event marketing activities.
- Assisting with process documentation, workflow development, and operational improvements.
- Identifying opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve team efficiency.
- Serving as a trusted resource and partner to internal stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements
Minimum Education
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in marketing, communications, business administration, operations, or a related field.
Experience
- Experience supporting marketing operations, marketing automation, lead generation, digital marketing campaigns, or related marketing functions.
- Experience working within multiple technology platforms simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing performance data and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with project management platforms such as Asana.
- Experience supporting B2B marketing initiatives within professional services, legal services, technology, staffing, or other consultative sales environments.
- Familiarity with marketing automation, workflow optimization, lead management processes, campaign analytics, and digital advertising platforms.
- Exposure to AI-enabled tools, automation technologies, and emerging marketing technologies.
Physical Requirements

Pay Transparency
In accordance with applicable state and local laws, Trustpoint.One provides the following good faith compensation range for this position is: $55,000 – $80,000 annually. This range reflects the expected compensation for candidates with 3–7 years of relevant experience. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, individual experience, skill set, and internal equity considerations. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonus or incentive compensation, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package. A general description of benefits available for this role will be provided to candidates during the hiring process.
