About The Role
As a Premium Reconciliation Specialist II, you will be responsible for reconciling list bill and/or direct bill payments and assisting with resolving various billing issues.
Key Accountabilities
- Reconciles multiple (i.e. locations, products, carriers/vendors) client or policy premium payments.
- Researches and resolves variety of billing issues and suspense discrepancies.
- Enters high volume of billing updates into the appropriate system (e.g., Dynamic cases, updates for legacy products, etc.).
- Analyzes and responds to variety of billing inquiries and requests from internal and external customers.
- May assist with training new members.
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED with 2 – 4 years of related experience.
The compensation range for this role is (based on the corporate location in Lake Forest, Illinois): $20.17 - $33.63 per year. The final salary offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for bonus.
