Role Overview

As the Senior Data Analyst, you will turn complex data into clear, actionable insights while collaborating with product, engineering, finance, and other teams. You will play a central role in understanding and growing member lifetime value and improving the full member experience from activation to long-term success.

Responsibilities

  • Member Insights: Generate and translate insights on retention, churn, member success, and lifetime value.
  • Technical Ownership: Transform product and engineering requirements into accurate data capture with SQL, dbt, and similar tools.
  • Experimentation & Testing: Lead robust A/B testing and experimentation ensuring statistical validity.
  • Dashboards & Reporting: Develop scalable dashboards and automated reports that make insights accessible.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as an analytical partner for various teams, challenging assumptions with objective, data-driven recommendations.
  • Mentorship & Enablement: Upskill analysts and stakeholders in data storytelling and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in product, member, or customer analytics within subscription, marketplace, SaaS, or platform businesses. Advanced SQL skills, strong understanding of statistics and experimentation, proficiency with BI and visualization tools, and excellent communication and data storytelling skills are essential.

Nice to Have

Experience with Python or R for advanced analytics, familiarity with cloud data platforms like Snowflake, and background in high-growth, scale-up environments.
