Role Overview
The Senior People Business Partner will be a strategic talent partner and people relations manager within the People Operations team. You will work with business units to address talent challenges, lead talent reviews, drive employee engagement and development, and ensure HR policies meet regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with leaders and team members.
- Provide inclusive leadership on organizational strategy and HR solutions.
- Lead talent reviews and manage development plans for leadership growth.
- Analyze data trends and propose actions for workforce planning.
- Coach senior leaders and manage sensitive employee relations and investigations.
- Collaborate with HR peers to devise and implement training and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years in Human Resources with deep experience as an HR Business Partner.
- 8+ years partnering with business leaders on talent management and employee relations.
- Experience in change management, compliance, and coaching.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $87,500 - $110,000 with potential monthly bonuses.
- Restricted Stock Units vesting over 4 years.

Work Environment & Location
This hybrid role is based in the Seattle area, requiring at least 3 days in the casual, pet-friendly office.
