Job Description

Trupanion is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to join our skilled and passionate People Operations team! This role is centered around partnering with business units to act both as a strategic talent partner and people relations manager. You will work with business leaders and People Operations peers to tackle talent challenges, drive engagement, and support our team members throughout their journey.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with team members and leaders.
  • Provide inclusive thought leadership on organizational and people strategies.
  • Align HR initiatives with business priorities and objectives.
  • Lead talent reviews, development plans, and succession management.
  • Identify gaps and deploy solutions across organization redesign and coaching.
  • Analyze data trends to support workforce planning and succession management.
  • Coach senior leaders and manage people relations including conflict resolution.
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development to implement employee training.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with employment and SOX regulations.
  • Lead projects from conception to execution in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, HR, or related fields.
  • 10+ years in Human Resources, with deep HR Business Partner experience.
  • 8+ years partnering with business leaders on talent and HR strategy.
  • Experience in employee relations, coaching, and conducting investigations.
  • Expertise in organizational change, performance management, and compliance.

Work Schedule & Location
