Operations Specialist, Material Flow & Disposition

Your New Responsibilities

As a central interface between shipping, purchasing, development, and production, you will independently handle customer inquiries and create precise offers. You will coordinate material flows in an innovative high-tech environment and actively contribute to the further development of our automated warehouse processes.

You will be responsible for order processing – from order placement to final delivery. You ensure that national and international orders are processed on time and with high quality.

In close cooperation with our engineers, you will manage our automated warehouse system and independently trigger orders. Your structured inventory management ensures that materials are always available and production processes run smoothly.

With your organizational strength, you will professionally handle returns and take responsibility for goods receipt and dispatch. You will pay attention to careful packaging and complete documentation of all goods movements.

What Will Impress Us

• A successfully completed commercial vocational training forms your solid foundation. Particularly important to us is your demonstrable professional experience in the optical industry or in a production environment.
• You bring sound experience in disposition and confident knowledge of SAP and MS Office, especially Excel. You are also familiar with accounting topics, databases, and ordering systems and use these tools routinely.
• Your fluent German language skills and good English language skills enable professional communication with international partners and customers. Language proficiency is essential for this position.
• With your pronounced teamwork and communication skills, you build trust and promote collaboration across departmental boundaries. Your structured and independent working style helps you maintain an overview even in a demanding environment.
