This is a permanent full-time position (CDI) based in Ile-de-France.
Your Missions as a Technicien SAV Itinérant Machines 5 Axes et Robots
Your main missions will include the commissioning, preventive maintenance, and repair of equipment installed at our industrial clients' sites throughout France. You will also be responsible for training our clients on how to use their equipment and assisting them in optimizing their processes and applications.
You will work on a wide range of 5-axis machines and robots dedicated to cutting-edge laser technology, which is constantly evolving. You will be required to travel regularly to our competence centers in Germany and Switzerland for training.
- National travel required.
- Weekly travel typically involves 1 to 4 overnight stays.
This is an evolving position with potential to become an expert role in the medium term.
Your Profile
- Minimum BAC+3 professional license (or BAC+2 such as BTS or IUT).
- Technical specialties: Mechanics, Electromechanics, Electrotechnics, Electronics, Automation, Electricity.
- A first experience as a field service technician is appreciated.
- Good level of English, both written and oral.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting logic, analytical mindset, strong writing skills, excellent interpersonal skills, professionalism, stress management, and autonomy.
