About the Role: Privacy Consultant
Our client, a global automotive distributor, is seeking a Contract Privacy Consultant for a long-term, open-ended engagement. This manager-level Privacy Consultant will play a hands-on role in operational privacy, with a strong focus on leading and improving the PIA (Privacy Impact Assessment) process while partnering closely with internal stakeholders. The role will translate new and evolving regulations into practical, scalable controls for the business and support data discovery, classification, and implementation of privacy controls. This is a full-time contract role offering remote flexibility, ideal for a resourceful, ownership-driven consultant who has a process-improvement mindset and is a business enabler.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and improve the Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) process.
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders to ensure privacy compliance.
- Translate new and evolving privacy regulations into practical, scalable business controls.
- Support data discovery and classification initiatives.
- Oversee the implementation of robust privacy controls.
