Position Overview
The Cybersecurity Analyst role places you at the forefront of preventing and mitigating cyber breaches. Working within our Security Operations Center, you will analyze alerts, eliminate false positives, and respond to indicators of attack. You will be responsible for keeping client IT environments safe while working closely with a supportive team during 24/7 shifts.
Responsibilities
- Monitor alerts and identify potential cyber threats.
- Eliminate false positives and escalate genuine incidents.
- Collaborate with team members during shift operations.
- Participate in knowledge sharing and development sessions.
- Continually update skills through dedicated training weeks.
Your Background
You may be at the beginning of your IT career, a recent graduate, or have previous experience in a monitoring center (NOC or SOC). Basic IT security and network essentials knowledge is required, along with methodical, analytical skills and some programming/scripting experience (e.g., PowerShell or Bash). Experience with log management tools is beneficial though not mandatory.
