Job Description
Product Manager - TrueFan AI
Core Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Roadmap
- Define and drive the product roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Identify high-impact opportunities across AI video creation, personalization, and distribution.
User and Market Understanding
- Deeply understand customer pain points, use cases, and workflows.
- Translate insights into clear product requirements and features.
Execution and Delivery
- Work with engineering and AI teams to ship high-quality products fast.
- Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Own the product lifecycle from idea to launch iteration.
Growth and Metrics Ownership
- Track and optimize key metrics: activation, engagement, retention, and revenue.
- Run experiments (A/B tests, funnels) to improve product performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success for GTM execution.
- Ensure tight feedback loops between users, product, and business teams.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in Product Management (preferably B2B SaaS / AI / Growth products).
- Strong analytical thinking with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to break down complex problems into simple, scalable solutions.
- Experience working closely with engineering teams on technical products.
- Clear communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Bias for action, ownership, and speed.
Bonus Points
- Experience in AI/ML products, creator tools, or marketing tech.
- Background in growth/product-led growth (PLG).
- Familiarity with tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA, or SQL.
