Role Summary

The Quality Control Specialist is responsible for ensuring that valuation products and services meet specific quality standards. At True Footage, operating Kelley Blue Book Homes, you will enhance valuation services, support agents, and drive overall organizational performance.

Role Description

• Conduct valuation quality audits to ensure internal and industry compliance.
• Analyze quality data, identify trends, and develop actionable strategies.
• Coach and mentor agents to minimize revisions and meet SLAs.
• Maintain and enhance quality control workflows for internal teams and clients.
• Develop evaluation criteria to assess agent understanding of valuation and quality assurance best practices.

You Bring

• Certification as an appraiser or real estate agent with 5+ years of experience.
• Expertise in spotting issues and potential improvement areas in valuation reports.
• Proficiency in analyzing market trends, adjustments, and anomalies.
• Ability to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying quality standards and feedback.
• Proven capability to mentor and support team members in meeting quality goals.
• Deep knowledge of quality standards, industry regulations, and best practices.
• Experience in designing quality and efficiency improvement methodologies.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities while delivering high-quality results.
