Role Overview: Part Time Sales Associate

As a Part Time Sales Associate, you are the face of True Classic. You will deliver an exceptional in-store experience by helping customers look good, feel good and leave excited to return.

Areas of Accountability

• Create a warm, welcoming experience for every customer.
• Learn and deliver the “TRUE Experience” with a customer-first approach.
• Support customers in finding the right fit with product knowledge and styling tips.
• Contribute to a team culture where meeting goals is celebrated.
• Maintain store standards including cleanliness and organization.
• Assist with inventory, visual merchandising, and promotional displays.
• Accurately and efficiently process transactions.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer-facing experience (experience in high volume stores is a bonus).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Positive, team-first mindset and passion for customer service.
• Availability for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical capability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Climb ladders and step stools as necessary.
• Maintain energy and focus in a busy retail setting.

Compensation and Benefits

$17.95/hour with accrued paid time off and sick days.
