Job Description

Truck Centers, Inc. is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Outside Parts Sales Representative to join our team in Effingham. In this role, you will build strong customer relationships, develop new business opportunities, and serve as a key advisor for commercial vehicle and equipment parts needs.

Schedule & Responsibilities

Schedule: Monday–Friday with occasional nights and weekends.

  • Develop new business by identifying leads and building relationships.
  • Maintain and grow existing accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Provide timely parts information and track inventory across the TCI network.
  • Organize product demos with vendors and handle warranty/return processes.
  • Conduct regular on-site visits to ensure excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • Valid Driver's License and ability to meet insurance requirements.
  • 5+ years of parts sales experience; heavy-duty truck parts experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency with MS Office Suite.
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
