Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking an individual with a strong commitment to customer service and the following qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing automotive role.
  • Strong customer service mindset: friendly, professional, and highly attentive.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, and experience utilizing DMS systems such as PBS, CDK, Tekion, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain organization under pressure.
  • Motivated, positive attitude with a steadfast commitment to delivering outstanding service.

A Day in the Life of an Automotive Service Advisor

  • Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, listen attentively to their vehicle concerns, and ensure a seamless service experience from start to finish.
  • Inspections & Quotes: Conduct thorough multi-point inspections and generate accurate service estimates using MPI software.
  • Warranty & Contracts: Verify warranty eligibility and clearly articulate coverage, exclusions, and subsequent steps to customers.
  • Communication: Collaborate closely with Service Technicians and keep customers consistently updated throughout the repair process.
  • Maintenance Recommendations: Leverage service history and current vehicle condition to recommend necessary repairs and proactive maintenance.
  • Provide clear timelines, set realistic expectations, and follow up promptly with customers to ensure satisfaction.
