Role Summary
As a Senior Compliance Engineer, you will own TRM’s compliance and GRC initiatives ensuring the highest standards of security and trust. You will develop scalable compliance processes, manage security certifications, and operationalize the GRC program while addressing customer due diligence and risk management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop automated controls validations and evidence collection processes using Python and scripting languages.
- Manage security compliance and certification lifecycles (SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001/27701, FedRAMP, CMMC) and plan future compliance initiatives.
- Operationalize the GRC program to maintain regulatory certifications and perform enterprise risk assessments.
- Develop and maintain customer security collateral and manage vendor risk programs.
- Integrate compliance checks early within CI/CD pipelines to flag issues before production.

Compensation and Benefits
The estimated base salary range is $125,000 - $142,000 along with potential equity participation. Compensation adjustments may apply for geographies outside the United States.
