About the Role
The Consultant - Digital Transformation & ERP Strategy at TriVista collaborates with team members on a variety of projects including Due Diligence, Digital & Technology enabled initiatives, and operational improvements. The role involves data room analysis, site visits, report generation, and direct client interaction with executives, private equity investors and board members.
Key Responsibilities
- Support all aspects of Due Diligence projects from setup to report generation
- Apply Lean Six Sigma tools such as process maps, value stream maps and root cause analysis
- Aid in Digital Transformation, M&A transaction support, ERP strategy and operating model planning
- Contribute to post-merger integration workstreams including IT consolidation and data migration
- Develop project plans, tools, templates, and Gantt charts; manage metrics and expense tracking
- Create statistical models, analyze client data and prepare presentations
- Assist TriVista internal teams with training materials, white papers, research and practice tools
Skills & Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years in consulting or industry experience with strong project experience in IT is required. Candidates must understand ERP practices, exhibit excellent analytical and communication skills, and be highly organized with proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. A 4-year degree is required, with preference for Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related fields. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is desirable and an MBA is a plus.
Additional Information
This role requires up to 75% travel, both domestically and internationally, with 25% remote work.
