Position Summary

The Commercial Sales Operations Manager will support and assist Commercial activities by collaborating with internal departments and external vendors. This role acts as a strategic and operational partner, ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and optimizing the effectiveness of the sales force.

Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Commercial, Sales, Marketing and Analytics teams to build strategic priorities.
  • Provide day-to-day operational support to the Field Sales Team and assist with training activities.
  • Organize and coordinate Commercial team events and logistics.
  • Oversee company vehicle fleet operations, including maintenance and compliance.
  • Support CRM system usage, reporting dashboards and data analytics.
  • Ensure compliance with FDA, PhRMA, and corporate policies, including contract reviews.
  • Manage budgets and assist with acquisition and allocation of marketing materials.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 6 years’ experience in commercial/sales operations in pharmaceuticals or related industries. Must have hands-on experience with CRM, sales automation, data analytics, and a strong working knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations.

Work Arrangements & Compensation

This is a hybrid role based in the Monmouth Junction, NJ facility. The anticipated salary range is $140,000 to $165,000 per year, along with full benefits including bonuses, health coverage, 401K match, and more.
