What You Will Do
- Define AI learning program priorities for technical audiences, including engineers, developers, and analysts.
- Develop competency maps, mastery frameworks, and learning roadmaps to guide curriculum decisions.
- Review course structures and learning content for technical accuracy, practical relevance, and learning outcomes.
- Serve as an internal AI subject matter authority, translating market needs and trends into program strategy.
- Support the selection and evaluation of external authors and experts for technical credibility.
- Monitor AI trends, tools, and workflows to recommend new programs or curriculum updates.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on technical expertise in AI engineering, machine learning, data science, or software development.
- Ability to evaluate real-world AI/LLM applications and architectures, distinguishing practical approaches from hype.
- Experience structuring complex technical knowledge into competency maps, frameworks, or skill decomposition.
