In The Role

As the CRM Director - Hubspot Remote Europe, you will turn data into meaningful, personalized experiences. You will lead strategies that engage, nurture, and re-engage users across multiple channels. Your work will help guide users from their first interest to confident enrollment.

What You Will Do

In Your First 3 Months:

  • Audit and optimize current CRM processes and experiments
  • Define and implement CRM success metrics linked to enrollments and CAC reduction
  • Identify and execute top 3 quick-win growth opportunities
  • Build a long-term CRM roadmap with prioritized projects and hypotheses
  • Define team structure and resource needs to scale CRM impact

12 Month Goals:

  • Drive double-digit improvements in lead-to-enrollment conversion rates
  • Implement scalable, AI-driven personalization for a 30% lift in conversions
  • Establish a reliable CRM data infrastructure with real-time insights
  • Run A/B tests to validate messaging and channel mix hypotheses
  • Lead and expand the CRM team to continuously optimize the user journey
  • Create cross-functional partnerships to enhance lifetime value and retention

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention strategy, including 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven record in driving measurable growth through channels such as email, SMS, and conversational AI tools
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
  • Experience with HubSpot and hands-on CRM platform management
  • Exposure to e-commerce, subscription, fintech, or edtech industries
  • Familiarity with AI-driven CRM tools and predictive analytics
  • Ability to communicate CRM’s impact across departments and advocate strategic initiatives

Preferred Location

Candidates based in the UK, Germany, Netherlands are preferred, with other parts of the European Union considered.

  • €5.5k - €7.1k Euro gross monthly payment (dependent on experience and skills)
