The Role: Lead Automation Engineer

We are seeking a passionate Lead Automation Engineer to join our exceptional team at Tripledot Games. In this role, you will spearhead the Automation QA team within the mobile game development sector. Your responsibilities will include shaping the strategy, architecture, and technical direction for our test frameworks. You will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing our existing QA automation infrastructure, ensuring it remains scalable, stable, and aligned with current technological advancements. Furthermore, you will design and implement automated testing solutions for multiple products, encompassing mobile, backend, and integration testing. A critical part of your role will involve driving performance testing and ad quality validation. You will also define and implement QA standards, best practices, and processes that benefit all teams. Finally, you will explore and integrate AI-driven solutions into our QA workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Automation QA team in mobile game development, defining strategy and technical direction.
• Maintain and evolve existing QA automation infrastructure for scalability and stability.
• Design and implement automated testing solutions for mobile, backend, and integrations.
• Drive performance testing and ad quality validation.
• Define and implement QA standards, best practices, and processes.
• Explore and deploy AI-driven solutions into QA processes.

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

• 5+ years of experience in automation testing.
• 1+ year in people management.
• Solid knowledge of Java, C#, Appium, AltTester, AltUnity.
• Knowledge of CI/CD systems and ability to maintain test pipelines.
• B2+ level of English proficiency.
