Role Overview

TripleDart is seeking a Senior SEO / GEO Specialist to lead search strategy and execution for 4-5 B2B SaaS clients. Your focus will be on driving measurable organic growth through traditional SEO and AI search optimization, ensuring clients rank on Google and are cited by tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews. This senior individual contributor role involves setting quality standards, leading client communication, and elevating the team's capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Execution
  • Own end-to-end SEO delivery for 4–5 B2B SaaS accounts: audits, keyword research, on-page optimisation, technical SEO, and internal linking.
  • Develop content strategies and detailed briefs aligned to search intent and buyer funnel stage.
  • Drive technical SEO improvements with Dev team (Core Web Vitals, site architecture, crawl efficiency).
  • Conduct ongoing competitive analysis and SERP landscape reviews per account.
Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO)
  • Build and execute AI search strategies to increase client brand citations in LLM-powered tools.
  • Optimise content for AI retrieval: structured data, E-E-A-T signals, entity-based frameworks, and answer-friendly formats.
  • Monitor and report AI citation presence monthly.
  • Run prompt-testing experiments to evaluate client visibility in AI-generated responses.
  • Translate GEO learnings into repeatable playbooks for the team.
Client Communication & Reporting
  • Serve as the primary SEO and GEO point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Prepare and present monthly performance reports with data narratives and recommendations.
  • Translate technical SEO and AI search concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify risks and propose solutions.
  • Deliver at least one structured weekly insight per account.
Quality, Documentation & Team
  • Own QA for all deliverables: intent alignment, metadata, heading structure, internal links, structured data, and content quality.
  • Maintain clean task hygiene: update tickets, document decisions, escalate blockers.
  • Coordinate with Content Ops and Dev teams for briefs, revisions, publishing, and technical implementations.
  • Mentor junior SEO Specialists and contribute to internal SOPs and knowledge base.

Required Experience

  • 4+ years of SEO experience in a B2B SaaS agency or in-house environment.
  • Hands-on skills in technical SEO, on-page optimisation, keyword research, and content strategy.
  • Working knowledge of GEO / AI search optimisation (AI Overviews, Perplexity, LLM citation).
  • Proficiency with Ahrefs or Semrush, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio.
  • Ability to manage 4–5 client accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong written communication skills.
