What You Will Do

This is a 6-month temporary contract, ideally starting February 2026. As an HR Generalist Iberia, you will be a vital part of our international People team, supporting HR functions and business leaders across Spain and Portugal. You'll build strong partnerships and provide hands-on support for day-to-day people matters, with a significant focus on Employee Relations. Collaborating closely with managers in Iberia Sales, local Marketing, and our Global Shared Service Centre, you will ensure a fair, consistent, and compliant employee experience.

  • Act as the primary contact for managers and employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and employee relations.
  • Support the management of employee relations cases, including performance management, probation reviews, conflict resolution, sickness and attendance, and disciplinary processes, guided by senior HR colleagues.
  • Ensure meticulous documentation, timely follow-up, and compliance with internal procedures and Spanish and Portuguese labour regulations.
  • Assist managers in preparing for sensitive conversations by offering guidance, context, and effective approaches.
  • Partner closely with HR Service Delivery to maintain a consistent and compliant employee lifecycle experience.
  • Manage communications and interactions with Works Councils.
  • Provide daily HR guidance on performance expectations, goal setting, development planning, and compensation.
  • Support organizational changes and team adjustments in collaboration with managers and senior HR stakeholders.
  • Contribute to streamlining HR processes and updating templates, workflows, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with HR Service Delivery on onboarding, offboarding, contract changes, and leaves of absence.
  • Support local and global engagement initiatives, surveys, and follow-up action plans.
  • Act as a culture ambassador, embedding TheFork's values in all interactions.
  • Support leaders and teams in fostering an inclusive, respectful, and equitable work environment, promoting ED&I principles and addressing non-inclusive behaviors.
