Overview

The Applications Processor is responsible for preparing permit, utility, and state application packages, tracking and recording all applications' progress, and maintaining positive relationships with municipalities and applicable organizations.

Roles & Responsibilities

Key tasks include compiling and preparing application packages, tracking progress via a database, reviewing and distributing documents and correspondence, and handling various administrative functions such as answering calls, copying, scanning, faxing, emailing, preparing shipments, and filing. The role also involves developing and maintaining relationships with municipalities and other organizations, and may require permit running.

Qualifications & Experience

Candidates with permitting experience are preferred. Applicants should have exemplary interpersonal skills, strong written and verbal communication, excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills with consistent attention to detail. Solar admin experience, a college degree, and Notary Public certification are a plus, along with at least 1 year of office experience and computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Adobe PDF).
