Role Summary

The Associate Benefits Support Services Analyst supports the Benefits Core Services team in delivering high-quality assistance for TriNet’s employee benefits programs. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals with foundational HR or benefits administration knowledge who are eager to grow in a global, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to benefits inquiries from clients and worksite employees via phone, chat, email, or case management systems.
  • Research and resolve routine to moderately complex benefits-related tasks.
  • Support processing of PeopleSoft benefits events under supervision.
  • Participate in outbound communication for follow-ups or benefits renewal coordination.
  • Audit and review benefits data for accuracy.
  • Collaborate with team members in training and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Qualifications

Candidates should have 0–2 years of experience in HR operations or benefits administration, with a preference for those with exposure to HRIS platforms like PeopleSoft. A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Fresh graduates with relevant internships or coursework are encouraged to apply.
