Associate Benefits Support Services Analyst

This role supports the Benefits Core Services team in delivering high-quality assistance for TriNet’s employee benefits programs. Ideal for individuals with foundational HR or benefits administration knowledge, you will assist with benefits inquiries, research, and processing of benefits events in a fast-paced, global environment.
Job Summary
You will handle a broad range of responsibilities including employee data updates, benefits reporting, service order support, rehires, COBRA administration, FSA/HSA claims processing, 401(k) plan support and end-to-end Leave of Absence (LOA) management. You will also coordinate with third-party vendors and ensure regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Respond to general benefits inquiries via phone, chat, email, or case management systems.
- Assist in researching and resolving routine to moderately complex benefits-related tasks.
- Support PeopleSoft benefits events processing under supervision.
- Participate in outbound communication for follow-ups or benefits renewal coordination.
- Audit and review benefits data for accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members, participate in training, and share knowledge.
Qualifications
Graduates or fresh professionals with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred) and 0–2 years of experience in HR operations or benefits administration. Exposure to HRIS platforms like PeopleSoft is a plus.
