Job Summary
As an Associate Benefits Support Services Analyst, you will support the Benefits Core Services team by handling inquiries, researching benefits issues, and processing benefits events. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals with foundational HR or benefits administration knowledge looking to grow in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Respond to benefits inquiries via phone, chat, email, or case management systems.
- Assist in researching and resolving benefits-related tasks.
- Support processing of PeopleSoft benefits events under supervision.
- Participate in outbound communications for follow-ups and benefits renewal coordination.
- Audit and review benefits data for accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members during training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Fresh graduates with relevant internships or coursework are encouraged to apply.
Experience: 0–2 years in HR operations or benefits administration is ideal; exposure to HRIS platforms like PeopleSoft is a plus.
Skills & Competencies: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong written and verbal communication, analytical thinking, attention to detail, organizational and time management skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
