- Mastermind SQL data manipulation, troubleshooting, and complex performance tuning in cloud environments.
- Solve high-stakes technical mysteries, including data inconsistencies and application errors, while working directly with customers to resolve critical live issues.
- Collaborate with engineering to implement performance optimizations and monitor production environments for sustainable, high-speed operation.
- Champion knowledge sharing by developing technical articles and documenting innovative troubleshooting steps for a global audience.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven expertise in writing complex Microsoft Transact-SQL queries and troubleshooting triggers, views, and stored procedures.
- Deep working knowledge of Microsoft Reporting Services, Financial Statements Reporting, or Crystal Reports troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience managing SQL Server Database Administration and relational database concepts in AWS or Azure.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills combined with a talent for clear, professional customer communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience in database support.
