What You Will Be Doing

You will orchestrate complete admissions journeys, qualify prospects with sophisticated techniques, and serve as the singular trusted contact, leveraging advanced AI tools and CRM systems to optimize relationship building. Your role is both strategic and detail-oriented.

  • Orchestrate end-to-end admissions journeys for elite families.
  • Qualify and prioritize prospects using advanced CRM and AI.
  • Maintain flawless communication through every step.
  • Deploy AI tools to automate routine tasks.

What You Won’t Be Doing

You will not be following rigid scripts or handing off relationships. Instead, you'll exercise nuanced judgment and maintain the entire client journey on your own.

Basic Requirements

  • 3+ years in high-stakes conversion roles.
  • Exceptional ability navigating sensitive conversations.
  • Advanced proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
  • Experience integrating AI tools and automation.
  • Uncompromising attention to detail in communication.
  • Authorization to work in U.S. or Canada.
  • Flexibility for evening and weekend client needs.

Nice-to-have Requirements

Working with Us

This full-time, long-term position is available immediately as an independent contractor with Crossover. Compensation is $50 USD/hour, equating to $100,000 USD per year (assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year). Payment is made weekly.
