Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize AI tools and official resources to research licensing, permitting, and inspection requirements.
  • Foster trust with city and state agencies via calls, emails, and in-person visits.
  • Prepare and submit accurate filings including licenses, exemptions, and attachments.
  • Maintain up-to-date dashboards and documentation for leadership insights.
  • Engage in rapid learning through hands-on support and coaching, especially in the first 90 days.

Working with Us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term role available immediately. The contractor position is managed via Crossover with a compensation of $50 USD/hour, equating to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours weekly over 50 weeks.
