Overview

The Partner, 2 Hour Learning role is a high-impact, national mandate position responsible for delivering, elevating, and sustaining physical campus environments. This role includes launching new campuses, upgrading existing facilities, and embedding global standards with an AI-first approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own national facilities pillar across 25-30 campuses.
  • Lead a high-performing executive team including SVP, VPs, analysts, and vendors.
  • Develop and enforce global standards in procurement, security, and operations.
  • Implement AI-driven playbooks to accelerate expansion.
  • Direct budget, P&L responsibilities, and hiring decisions.

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Not advising from the sidelines; you make execution calls.
  • Avoid managing isolated single-site projects.
  • No babysitting outdated processes; you design new systems.
  • Not waiting for directions; this role drives expansion.

Basic Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proven track record in multi-site, high-stakes operations.
  • Direct leadership experience with new builds and large-scale upgrades.
  • Strong budget and P&L ownership skills.
  • Experience in high growth or private equity-backed environments.
  • U.S. work authorization and willingness to travel (~25%).

Nice-to-have Requirements

  • Experience with regulated multi-site ventures.
  • Background in education, retail, or healthcare expansion.
  • Experience in designing AI-driven operational systems.

Working with Us

This is a full-time, long-term role as an independent contractor through Crossover. The compensation is $400 USD/hour, equating to $800,000 USD/year.
