Overview
The Partner, 2 Hour Learning role at Trilogy is a high-stakes, operational leadership position. You will command the national facilities operation by executing new builds, major upgrades, and implementing sustainable, AI-first systems across 25–30 campuses launching within the next six months.
Key Responsibilities
- Command national facilities operations and new construction projects
- Lead an extensive team with full P&L authority
- Establish standardized, scalable systems across campuses
- Develop AI-first playbooks to accelerate expansion cycles
- Report directly to the founder and coordinate cross-departmentally
What You Won’t Be Doing
- Providing recommendations without taking decisive action
- Managing isolated projects instead of system-wide initiatives
- Maintaining outdated, legacy processes
- Following directives without driving expansion strategy
Partner Key Responsibilities
Deliver, elevate, and sustain facilities nationwide to ensure campuses are student-ready, on-time, and supported by scalable, AI-driven systems that enable our educational mission.
Basic Requirements
- 10+ years of operational leadership experience
- Proven track record in complex, multi-site execution
- Direct leadership over new construction and large-scale upgrades
- Experience with retail buildouts or large-scale maintenance projects
- Strong team-building and P&L management skills
- Comfortable working with urgency and autonomy
- U.S. work authorization and willingness to travel ~25%
Nice-to-have Requirements
- Experience launching or scaling regulated, multi-site ventures
- Background in education, retail, or healthcare expansion
- Experience designing and implementing AI-driven operational systems

Working with Us
This full-time position (40 hours per week) is immediately available under an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. Compensation is $400 USD per hour, equating to approximately $800,000 USD per year, with weekly payment.
