About the Role
The Partner, 2 Hour Learning at Trilogy is a high-stakes operational leadership role. You will command a national facilities operation, directing new construction, facility upgrades, and AI-driven standardization across 25–30 campuses.
What You Will Be Doing
- Command national facilities operations including new builds and upgrades.
- Lead a comprehensive team with full P&L authority.
- Establish standardized systems for procurement, security, and networking.
- Develop AI-first playbooks for frictionless expansion cycles.
- Report directly to the founder and coordinate across departments.
What You Won’t Be Doing
- Simply providing recommendations without execution.
- Managing isolated projects instead of systemic operations.
- Maintaining outdated legacy processes.
- Following executive directions without driving strategy.
Partner Key Responsibilities
Deliver and sustain student-ready campuses nationwide with scalable, AI-driven systems.
Basic Requirements
- 10+ years of operational leadership experience.
- Experience managing complex, multi-site operations with strict deadlines.
- Direct leadership in new construction and large-scale facility upgrades.
- Hands-on experience in retail buildouts or large-scale maintenance programs.
- Ability to lead high-performing teams with full P&L responsibility.
- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Comfort with urgency, autonomy, and accountability in a high-growth environment.
- U.S. work authorization and willingness to travel ~25%.
Nice-to-have Requirements
- Experience launching or scaling regulated multi-site ventures.
- Background in education, retail, or healthcare expansion.
- Experience designing and implementing AI-driven operational systems.

Working with Us
This is a full-time position with immediate start. Compensation is $400 USD/hour (approximately $800,000/year), handled via an independent contractor agreement with Crossover.
