Join Alpha School at select locations with a competitive $100,000 annual salary ($50/hour). This full-time role offers weekly pay, health benefits, HSA/FSA, a 401(k) Roth, and relocation assistance. You will craft and conduct workshops that yield tangible results in phonics, fluency, and comprehension for early elementary students using an innovative 2-Hour Learning model enhanced by AI-adaptive tools.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead adaptive reading workshops to improve literacy skills.
  • Create personalized, motivational, gamified literacy sessions.
  • Analyze student progress data to refine teaching methods.
  • Collaborate with engineers on AI tool improvements.
  • Develop scalable, AI-enhanced reading content.

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with advanced certification in reading instruction.
  • Minimum 2 years of small-group reading interventions experience.
  • Expertise in assessing reading levels and crafting differentiated instructions.
  • Proficiency in AI/adaptive learning tools.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Working with Us

This full-time, long-term position involves a contractor agreement with Crossover. It is available immediately and located on-site in Tampa, FL; Austin, TX; Plano, TX; or Dorado, Puerto Rico. Compensation is $50/hour which equates to $100,000/year based on 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year.
