Key Responsibilities

Basic Requirements

  • At least 3 years of technical customer support experience.
  • Advanced generative AI proficiency with multiple tools.
  • Must be based in North or South America.

Working with Us

This is a full-time, long-term position available immediately. You will work 40 hours per week as an independent contractor under Crossover, with compensation of $30 USD/hour (approximately $60,000 USD/year) paid weekly.
