Overview
At Trigo, we deploy cutting-edge AI infrastructure for retail at scale. As a Technical Support Engineer, you’ll help keep our production environments running smoothly across dozens of stores and hundreds of hardware and network components. You’ll ensure system stability, respond quickly to incidents, and act as the bridge between monitoring teams and R&D.
Responsibilities
- Improve and scale monitoring systems to support global sites.
- Partner with Operations and R&D to resolve critical issues.
- Identify, debug, and resolve production bugs for high availability.
- Perform root cause analysis and apply enhancements.
- Maintain and optimize network infrastructure for secure connectivity.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer or Production Engineer. Hands-on experience with Grafana, Prometheus, DataDog, and similar observability tools. Deep understanding and practical experience with Linux server systems, including shell scripting and automation. Familiarity with Kubernetes and strong knowledge of network infrastructure including routing, switching, and network security principles.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Cisco, Juniper, or HPE devices and their configuration.
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure (Azure, GCP) and hybrid environments.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or KVM.
- Relevant certifications and courses.
