Overview
As a Senior UX Designer at Tricentis, you will lead the design process for major enterprise software components, drive design strategy, mentor junior designers, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure a cohesive user experience.
Candidate Requirements
- 5+ years of UX design experience with a strong portfolio
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
- Experience in leading user research and usability testing
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to mentor and guide junior designers
- Understanding of enterprise software design challenges
Role Responsibilities
- Lead design process for major product features
- Conduct advanced user research and usability studies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements
- Mentor junior designers during design critiques
- Drive development and improvement of the design system
