Role Overview: Senior UX Designer

Join Tricentis' design team to help shape Tosca, their flagship product. This role seeks a Senior UX Designer with strong B2B and enterprise product design experience to contribute to its evolution. Tosca is Tricentis' market-leading AI-driven test automation platform, accelerating end-to-end testing through intelligent, codeless automation.

As a Senior UX Designer, you will lead the design process for major components and features of Tricentis' flagship enterprise software products. You will drive design strategy, mentor junior designers, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure a cohesive user experience across the product line. This position demands strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, alongside a deep understanding of UX principles and visual design.

Candidate Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX design with a strong portfolio demonstrating complex projects.
• Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Experience in leading user research and usability testing.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior designers.
• Understanding of enterprise software design challenges and best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or a related field.
